JLL promotes Sandeep Sethi to Asia Pacific division president for work dynamics

Sandeep Sethi has been appointed as the Division President of Work Dynamics in Asia Pacific by JLL. He will be in charge of JLL’s North Asia market and will be responsible for delivering services to clients. With over 27 years of experience in the corporate sector, 10 of which have been at JLL, he has been playing a key role in forming customer connections and growing the business. Moreover, Sethi will be responsible for increasing JLL’s North Asia market share in the mainland China and Hong Kong areas.

In his new function, Sandeep Sethi is set to report to Susheel Koul, JLL’s CEO for work dynamics in Asia Pacific. Koul remarked on Sethi’s appointment, stating that he is an experienced leader and an esteemed customer advisor who has an educated understanding of the ever-evolving commercial real estate segment. His appointment shows JLL’s dedication to advancing and cultivating their people so as to satisfy their increasing clientele throughout the Asia Pacific area.

Sethi has been integral in developing the largest occupier business in West Asia. He manages more than 160 million sq ft of office space across 1500 customer sites in India, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, and Bangladesh. His primary objective is to extend the business’ progress in work dynamics services, which includes integrated facilities management, construction management services, sustainability and workplace consulting, workplace experience and lease transaction management.

Not only has Sandeep Sethi been able to formulate strong customer connections, but he has also been able to expand the business greatly. Following his appointment as Division President of Work Dynamics in Asia Pacific, Sethi is unsurprisingly looking forward to embracing the new role and duties in this new chapter of his career. He is sure to be a great asset to JLL.
